We currently ship only within the United States.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are typically reviewed for processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling time is usually 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, after payment is authorized.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Delivery Times

After handling, carrier transit usually takes 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, including handling time and carrier transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier activity, holidays, weather, address issues, order volume, or other conditions outside Noxtelle’s direct control.

3. Shipping Carriers

Noxtelle works with shipping and fulfillment partners to process and deliver customer orders.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, or other available shipping partners.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, item type, destination, shipping availability, and fulfillment requirements.

When tracking is available, the tracking details may identify the carrier handling the shipment.

4. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking becomes available.

Tracking information may not appear immediately if the order is still within the handling period or if the carrier has not yet updated the shipment record.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If a shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed, returned, or canceled.

If you notice an address issue after placing an order, contact Noxtelle support as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has started processing or shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Noxtelle support.

Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, tracking information, and photos if the item or package arrived damaged.

Noxtelle will review the issue using the order details, tracking information, carrier updates, and any photos provided. If the package is confirmed damaged, incorrect, defective, or lost in transit, Noxtelle will assist with a replacement, if available, or a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
