This Payment Policy explains how payments, billing information, payment authorization, order review, checkout security, and refunds are handled for purchases made through noxtelle.us.
1. Payment Methods
Noxtelle accepts available payment methods shown during checkout. These may include American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa.
Available payment options are shown during checkout before an order is submitted. Payment method availability may vary based on checkout settings, customer location, payment provider availability, and the payment methods enabled on noxtelle.us.
2. Secure Checkout
Payments are processed through the secure checkout available on noxtelle.us. Customers should complete payment only through the official checkout page.
For your safety, do not send full payment card details, passwords, or sensitive account information through email, phone support, or the contact form.
3. Billing Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, shipping information, email address, and payment details during checkout.
If billing or payment information is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed, declined, or canceled.
4. Payment Authorization
Payment is collected at checkout when an order is placed.
An order confirmation means that Noxtelle has received the order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance, fulfillment, or shipment if there is a payment issue, inventory issue, address issue, suspected fraud concern, pricing error, listing error, or fulfillment issue that prevents the order from being completed.
5. Order Review
Noxtelle may review orders before fulfillment. Orders may be canceled or delayed for clear order-related reasons, including:
- Payment cannot be authorized
- Billing details cannot be verified
- The shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be verified
- The item becomes unavailable
- There is a confirmed pricing, listing, or product-availability error
- The order appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or unusual
- A shipping restriction or fulfillment issue prevents delivery
If an order or item is canceled after payment has been collected, Noxtelle will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Shipping Charges
Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and final order totals are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99. The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Handling time is 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Transit time is 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.
Noxtelle currently ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, the order may not be completed. Customers may need to check their payment details, contact their card issuer or payment provider, or use another available payment method during checkout.
8. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once Noxtelle receives a returned item, we will inspect the item and process any approved refund within 7 days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

9. Payment Safety
Noxtelle will never ask customers to send full card numbers, passwords, or sensitive payment credentials by email, phone, or contact form.
Customers should only complete payment through the official checkout on noxtelle.us.
